In conjunction with Everton Football Club and Everton in the Community, Everton Free School opened its doors in September 2012.
The School delivers the highest quality alternative educational environment for young people aged 14-16 and an exceptional 6th Form provision. It is supported by and takes inspiration from the award winning Everton in the Community charity which delivers innovative programmes to promote health, education, social inclusion and equality of opportunity across Merseyside through the power of sport. More information about the charity can be found at here.
The Alternative Provision Free School and 6th Form College offers a strong emphasis on core curriculum, which is delivered in an innovative and creative context. Students are referred to us by other schools, academies and local authorities.

Shape the future of education, become a Parent Governor
Governors work as a team to support Everton Free School. They challenge progress and make sure that students are getting the education they deserve. Inspection evidence tells us that there is a relationship between good governance, the quality of leadership and management, and the quality of student achievement.
Governors are valued members of our School and have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young people through education.
Join a team who make sure students get the best possible education.
A governor never has to make a decision alone and expert help is always available. Anyone who is over 18 and passionate about education can become a governor. Governors do have to have a criminal records check before they start.
Everton Free School is committed to protecting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
