EFS Staff Triathlon championships
On 22 September, our educational psychologist, Cathy Atkinson, competed for Great Britain in age-group triathlon at the European Cross (mountain bike) Triathlon Championships, near Bilbao in Spain. It was a challenging course, with a 1km swim, very hilly mountain bike, and a run route, which included 800 steps. Cathy was surprised and delighted to come second, claiming the silver medal for the GB team.
